Pros: lovely staff, I have been offered drinks, beach waves done nicely as requested.
Cons: hair on the chair, on the washing bowl and on the floor. Dusty place, Lidl hairspray, water either too hot or too cold and was never asked if it was ok, under 30 second “massage”, my cut wasn’t straight at all (friend asked if I cut my own hair).
I had really high hopes for this place or maybe my standards are too high but it’s not hard to clean the place generally and after each client I believe.
The ladies were lovely and fun but this is not enough to have a great experience. I paid £41 for my cut so not little nor a lot but I expected more and for this reason I won’t be back.
Great haircut! Olivia was lovely, speedy and really listened to what o wanted.
