Lucy was lovely. Staff are clearly pressured to upsell but that didn’t ruin my trip. Nice cut and nice place. Wouldn’t pay full price!
I had a Signature blow dry with Alison - she was really attentive, informative about the products & did the most perfect blow dry and even left the pins in so it lasted longer. Incredibly satisfied and will definitely return.
