Great hair salon at Harvey Nichols. I was looked after by a girl called Lucy who did a fabulous job with my hair. Could not fault her at all :)

The stylist , a woman w blonde hair, washed my hair and at the end blasted it with literally boiling water. I could see steam in the mirror opposite. You’re not meant to do that to hair, surely a hairdresser should know that. It makes no sense, I’m so confused!!! Why would she do that to my hair and damage it. I’d never go again if this is what they do to hair.
