I was so let down by Show Dry. I had booked 2 months in advance to have my hair up for a very special formal event. They called the morning of to cancel, offering only an appointment earlier in the day for a blow dry only, which I could not make due to work. They offered little apologies or incentive to return, and I got the impression they could care less about my business. In the end I was left on my own to find somewhere else as a walk in on one of the biggest Christmas party nights of the season, and it totally ruined what was supposed to be a fun day of preparing for a special evening. I will never return to Show Dry Wimbledon, and I have shared my experience with many local friends.
Jasmine was so lovely and did such a great job on my hair. Will definitely be going back.
