The therapist was lovely but the overall experience was definitely not up to scratch! to make you aware this isn’t a salon but a room in the back of an offlicense which I hadn’t realised. I specifically selected the luxury manicure and pedicure as I wanted to treat myself but this experience was anything but luxury. A very basic manicure and pedicure, not a wide range of colours to choose from, while removing the gel from my toes the beautician was scraping so hard I was wincing. Not worth £47

First time there and last time..I’m not new to having my back waxed but when I got home I have red swelling all over skin ..
Also wax was not cleaned of my back was sticking to my T shirt.
Feel sore and red all over rubbish rubbish
