Very disappointed. I’ve been a loyal customer for 2 years but Rasmika was unable to amend a mistake made on their side. I showed an image of brown nails as my inspiration but received green. She assured me the colour would turn out like the image but the chrome used on top was not as described. I realised outside the shop in day light it was green. I messaged Rasmika to have the issue solved as I had a wedding to attend a few days after however she kept ignoring my messages. Appalled.
