This visit was my first since Covid lockdown in March. Daci was his usual kind and caring self...such a gent! I loved the Aveda and Neal and Wolf products used today. I also loved my cut and finish and appreciated the tips/advice on hair conditioning/management. I always leave feeling good about how my hair feels and looks.
I did feel like the level of care could have been better, hair wasnt straightened completely or styled afterwards (baby hairs gelled down etc). Hair was cut slightly shorter than asked for because of neatening up one side after being cut shorter rhan the other. I felt like Daci was friendly at first but less so asthe haircut finished.
Loved my trim at my 2nd visit to Shrine. Lovely staff and hospitality. Neal & Wolf products used on my hair which smell gorgeous. Always a relaxing experience with Daci; gentle head massage and drying finish.
