Staff were kind and friendly, waiting area is very small and crammed two children were sitting there so I had to sit on the chair were people get the hairs washed it was uncomfortable. waiting time was acceptable was not waiting for longer than 10mins! in the room I had 2 get undressed as I was having a spray tan and put on a paper thng, the therapist did not leave the room while I was changing into them and it was very awkward, have not experienced this any were else. then tan itself was not even worth the 15pound voucher, I noticed at home that i had white patches on my arms and legs, hoped that when I showered it would sort itself out, but it didn't, I could not go back the next day as I was leaving early to go to a festival, as it was nice weather over the weekend I planned on wearing shorts but had to wear leggings to keep the messy tan covered up! I went 4 a spray tan to save me a job and in pst experiences spray tan has always been successful, I now wish I saved my money and done than myself!

I booked a deep tissue massage for my partner as the Lush Spa was full up and reviews for Shrine on here were very good. I wanted to be able to take him on his birthday as a surprise, so I had to find somewhere good, but with available appointments! Initially booking was very easy and the staff called to confirm with me, moving the appointment back by half an hour, but this didn't bother me. They even made a special effort to keep it all secret from my partner, ensuring that all the contact details were for me and that he wouldn't find out! I had a confirmation text from them the day before, but unfortunately they rang on the day to say that the therapist was injured and couldn't do the treatment. Again, this didn't bother me too much, I was disappointed that we couldn't go on my partner's birthday itself, but felt sorry for the therapist! We agreed that the appointment would be rearranged. We did this for a few weeks later but then it was again cancelled at the last minute (only an hour or so before the appointment time) due to double booking. Although this was obviously just a mistake, I couldn't help but feel that my booking should ahve ahd priority because we ahd already had to cancel it once. In the end we couldn't be bothered and will be asking for our money back instead.

I went for Kebelo hair straightening discussion and wanted to see even though my hair isnt curly it is wavy/flicky if it would still be a good idea. I wanted it to be soft and shiny looking
I had a Kebelo hair straightening consultation, and discussed with therapist how long it would last and whether it would work well on my thick hair. My hair is not curly but it has flicks and I wanted it super straight
This was actually a shellac nails treatment I had on my toes. Salon spacious with beauty upstairs and hair downstairs, therapist was very helpful and welcoming. She did an excellent job on my nails, and helped me decide on colours, and I now love Shellac!
