I booked for a reflexology session and it felt really good, I must say. Had some pain under my feet and after the session it got better but not as I expected...maybe I need a few more sessions, to get rid of the pain for good, I guess. Would used them again :)
The shop is on burnt oak broadway which isn’t the nicest of areas. But if you can get past that then the staff are pleasant although my therapist only spoke a little English. The manager spoke English and I explained what was wrong and why I needed a massage and he then translated to the staff member who carried out the massage. The room was small but clean and warm. I paid for a deep tissue massage although I’m not sure it was as deep as a traditional one is normally. However it was fine and the therapist tried to focus on the pain area. After I had cupping a strange but weirdly nice experience! It does leave big red rings on you after so be warned in case it’s an area you need to show off in a dress for example! Overall it was good and it helped me walk again as I had a trapped nerve.
Very pleasant experience. The staff were lovely and the massage really loosened up my back and was exactly what I needed.
