Very thorough service, spent longer than expected and I was quite satisfied with the effort. The ambience of the venue could have been better though.

Was good. But have to say that it wasnt that relaxing just wish when I'm having my facial done that the staff wouldn't pester me about making morebpurchases

Very much enjoyed my visit to Shumailas. The venue was understated but we'll kept and clean. Staff were professional and my hot stone massage was excellent. Will be making monthly visits

Received confirmation however when getting there, the appointment was not booked in. Very annoying to travel and they turn you away
