Salon unclean. Ladywho attempted to do my gell manicure was nice but untrained. The salon didn't have all product to complete the gell manicure so left covered in nail polish all over my hands as I had my car on a meter for one hour and it run out. None on reception to refund my money. Phoned salon but no response. Did receive a call back from a different salon offering different service. Left for my holiday without my nails done. Complained to wahanda in writing. STILL NO REFUND
The venue was fantastic. The lady who dealt with me was great. The only issue was that initially when I booked it did not say it was for women only. I was given my refund, but I wasted my time going there. I know it was an oversight, but would have been nice if Wahanda would have compensated me better.
I had the microdermabrasion that was meant to be an hour treatment but they did it in 45 minutes. It was less than 10 minutes cleansing more time went to sorting out the machine, it was about 10 minutes for the microdermabrasion (normally in other places it lasts 20 minutes as they are more thorough), and then about 20-25minutes minutes with the mask then a quick cleanse and moisturise. It felt completely rushed, i did not feel the full effects of the microdermabrasion. They were also not helpful when booking the actual appointment. It took ages to get through and when you finally did they took even longer to verify payment had been made via wahanda. They said they would call me back but I had to chase them up!
