Disappointing experience. Had not read the booking, so were not set up for a hot stone massage. Passed to a different therapist and basic treatment room (could hear reception most of the time) as someone else had arrived for a facial they also had no record of which seemed to bump my treatment. Were more keen I come back a different day. Basic massage was fine, therapist nice, but not the treatment I had come for, especially starting with an argument when it’s supposed to be a relaxing treat.
