On many occasions when I’ve entered I was not welcomed at all, however, when other clients arrive ‘of the same nationality’ they’re talking in their own language and welcomed properly being offered a seat.
Despite this, all the therapists are amazing and really nice. They’re so down to earth and no matter what treatment they will make you feel comfortable.
The treatment rooms need a thorough clean and a mop.
