All good and quick service. The only issue I had was that I booked a bikini wax online only to be told when already on the couch that I have to pay £2 extra as they don’t do strips anymore but hot wax only. If they don’t do strips why was it still available to book ? I think that’s not on. I popped there on my lunch break what if I didn’t have money to pay ? I would have to cancel my appointment? I didn’t like being told I have to do something I didn’t sign up for. It’s a matter of principles.
