Arm wax was very thorough, leg wax was good but bikini line wax was basically pointless. I got home and realised she’d barely touched it. Super disappointing. Explained this directly to the salon in response to a feedback email they sent and got no reply. Also while the reception area looks nice, the treatment room was dirty and needs a deep clean and repaint. As you lie on the treatment bed you can see lots of dirt and dust which isn’t really acceptable.

Alina was professional and super friendly. It was clear from our conversation that she is highly skilled and knows what she’s doing. I had not had a Hollywood wax in a little while but she made me feel at ease and the overall experience was pain free! I mentioned that I was interested in laser hair removal and she advised me on my options and even took me for a quick patch test! I’ll definitely be back and will book with Alina again :) I am looking forward to the results!
