Really not happy with eyebrow threading experience this time, booked appointment but felt v rushed, had too much trimmed off eyebrows and scissors were pushed into my head, alongside a few insults about my pores! Have had lovely experiences before with another lady here but unfortunately won’t be returning now after this experience

not a great experience, was taken into the back room and straight away noticed the table is very worn, the walls are in need of paint. The table was blocking the fire extra The head rest was up so not laying down flat would be wall to wall. Unclean..
