I had a great experience here for the first time having a Hollywood wax and Eyebrow threading with Simran. She was great and didn’t cause me a lot of pain whilst waxing.

Gave 1/5 as I was called 30 minutes before my appointment to let me know that Treatwell’s had not booked enough time into the system for my treatments to take place. I was offered an alternative date but couldn’t make it work, so requested a refund. Shumaila's wouldn’t support this, directing me to Treatwell’s. Treatwell’s doesn’t have a customer support line, however the FAQs said Shumaila's needed to cancel my booking to trigger a refund but Shumaila's refused to do this.
