I don’t live locally anymore but I visit when I can. I’ve had lashes before here and this time I was asked to show a photo and I asked for natural. I got butterflies heavy lashes. I raised a complaint directly but it’s not not the experience I like

A great wax but I had to wait 20 minutes even though I booked online. She tried to get me in as quick as poss but all rooms were taken. Spanish was lovely though and I’ll be back

After a mix up in the booking ,due to therapist illness, We arrived and the alternate therapist, was pleasant very professional and put at ease.The only distraction while trying to relax during a massage, was the chatter and noise from the other therapists outside the treatment room. Both treatments fscial and massage were excellent, unfortunately I can not remember the therapist 's name ,but have rebooked for next week.
