I had a Hollywood wax. The wax was fine, a little more uncomfortable than other places I’ve been to. But the therapist refused to wax the small amount of hair I have on my bum cheeks saying it wasn’t included in the wax. Every other salon I’ve been to had always included this. She told me it would be an extra £12 on top of the £36 the Hollywood already costs. I was really disappointed and won’t be going back. I could understand if I had a lot of hair on my cheeks but it is such a small amount.
