Absolutely devastated after leaving here today.I’ve been visiting this salon for about 3 years whilst I grow my hair out to be healthy and 3/4 length down my back.I asked for the usual to take 2 inches off the bottom. Instead its been cut short into a long bob. To add insult to injury, the stylist I’m pretty sure realised what she’d done so despite paying for blow dry, she rough dried my hair, no goer to straighten or blow dry it and said she was done and asked twice to cut it shorter. AVOID!!!
I booked the appointment a week before only to arrive and being told my appointment is cancelled. No phone call, no text, no email. While I know my preferred stylist, Elli will do a great job as always, but the front house quality is not up to par. While I understand sometimes technology glitch happens, the best the front house can do is try to find solution as this is the mistake from their part not a ‘sorry we can’t do nothing’ answer and attitude.
