It was cancelled a few days before and I was given no option to reschedule. Also they didn't cancel it through treatwell so I kept getting reminders by email and text

Loved Eli she is amazing and I travel from Yorkshire to come and see her. I was really pleased with the appointment though making it was a little more difficult than anticipated and I need to speak to Treatwell to reimburse me as apparently I paid the wrong amount :/
