The stylist I had booked with was not in as she was unwell but they failed to inform me of this so when I arrived for my appointment I was passed between 2 stylists continuously throughout. They were late starting my appointment as they were so short staffed and the atmosphere was not comfortable. I feel as if they should let people know if they are short staffed and cannot accommodate appointments instead of sacrificing quality to try and fit appointments in.

The staff were very professional even when I was a few minutes late. Molly was sweet and very knowledgable. She gave some great advice regarding scalp care and gave tips on the services provided. Looking to book with Molly again soon!
