Fairly friendly staff and brows looked fine, if not exactly the same, but I wouldn’t return. The treatment lasted under a minute which is quick when I have thick brows and it costs more than local places. The therapist didn’t ask what I wanted or shape my brows, just removed a few stray hairs. She ignored my request twice to trim my brows and focused on upselling other services instead. I left feeling unheard and disappointed by how rushed and impersonal it was, despite it being empty.
