I came for eyebrow threading and a manicure/pedicure. The eyebrow threading was good, but there was only one person doing manicures and she was already with another client. I was told that I would have to wait until she was finished, which I could not, and left. They should at least have one more person doing manicures/pedicures.

The staff is lovely however the explanation on the menu should be clearer. The eyelash extensions I booked were apparently the worst quality ones and would have come off quicker. I was therefore advised to either upgrade to better quality lashes (90£ for half set/130£ to full set!!!!) or to try a Different treatment. I went for the latter and did eyelash curling. I really don’t like it- not a lot of difference to my normal lashes.. I guess for someone with longer lashes it would work but with mine it does not look nice particularly the day after. Some of my bottom lashes were curled too :( really not happy and quite upset actually. Also as the treatment is so long it would be nice to lie down and not sit on a chair! Ladies were
Lovely and offered me complementary head massage/neck rest. Still quite uncomfortable unfortunately.
