I can see why Si Belle is more expensive than the other nail bars in Richmond. A lovely, calming, comfortable salon with music playing, friendly people and great service. Very clean place and I was pleased to see they use fresh implements from a sealed pack for each treatment. They carried out my manipedi with great care and it looks good. Thanks so much!
