Eyebrow Threading
It was probably the worst eyelash experience I’ve had. I went with a couple of friends and there’s were all done well however mine were not done well. The lift looked good until she was tinting my eyelashes. As they were being tinted I mentioned it was in my eye and she took no notice. I kept mentioning it was in my eye and staining which caused the pads over my eyes to slip and get dye all over my face and she walked past multiple times and did not fix them until one of my friends mentioned it. After having dye all over my face one of the eyelashes then lost the curl and when i mentioned it, I was met with quite a rude reply. I don’t usually complain like this however when we did speak to the manager about how we were unhappy my friend ( who was also experiencing the same issue and had the same technician) got a full refund and they would only give me a £10 voucher for the place? Based on my friends eyelashes they look good however based on my personal experience I would never return.
