Haircut itself was absolutely fine but a chaotic environment. Had to wait about 15 minutes for appointment while someone’s nails were finished, and then while I was waiting for hair treatment to work the hair stylist had to do someone else’s nails at the same time, while also instructing a less experienced employee which shampoo to use, etc. They did apologise and blame for understaffing should not fall on the two people that were there (manager was absent) but overall not a great experience

A very unsatisfactory visit at this salon.
Cutting utensils were cleaned with a tissue between appointments and hair not swept off the floor.
I had booked a very basic haircut but honestly wasn’t convinced that the stylist had had much training at all.
I shall not be returning.
