Firstly, I was overcharged. I signed up for the haircut for £30 and I was charged £35. The hair dresser was unskilled - she had no idea how to do layers and it felt like she had taken a pair of kitchen scissors to my hair. They did not have any high quality products to wash hair or style hair after the hair cut - instead a primark-style hair dryer was taken to my wet, curly hair after the cut. If you have curly hair, you will understand this is not a wise move and I had to ask her to stop.

great place, lady who took care of my daughter was very nice with her and gave her some sweets to reward her. lovely haircut too. Will come back.
