Very convenient, good treatments. Staff weren't overly friendly and welcoming but efficient and not rude as some people have commented. The venue could be cleaner but all the treatment areas were fine. Not perfect but for the price, convenience and quality of the treatment I intend to go back again.

the staff is really not friendly and professional, it seems to be a lotough of effort even to say hello. the most annoying thing was being overcharged at the end,15 instead of 10 is quite a big difference. Treatwell customer service on the other hand has been brilliant!

I got the first appointment so didn't to wait at all. the rooms look dirty and they have got problems with the wax temperature. it looks a bit unprofessional. the staff was friendly and polite and at the end I was pretty happy with the result.
