The first thing I was asked after I walked in and told the stylist what I was there for was 'how much did you pay'? She seemed very disgruntled when I told her what I'd paid through Treatwell and proceeded to give me the most aggressive hair wash and haircut I've ever had... No customer service whatsoever throughout but in fairness not a bad actual haircut!

One of the most reasonably priced full service salons in Guildford. Had a great haircut, will go back for further services.

Not equipped to perform hair treatments main focus is waxing and eyebrows. Salon was dirty and was unhappy with the result when I did log a complaint it took a second complaint until I received a response in which I was told they were busy which is why the salon was not clean hair was left on the floor and no hair products were available when I arrived! Just think it's over priced for the level of service and would recommend going elsewhere! Now have yellow highlights!

I did not have a chance to have the treatment as the appointment has again being cancelled. This time 2 hours before the time. Annoyingly, i did not have a chance to listen to the message and went to the venue. I will never again book with this shop.
