waxing itself was fine but treatment started 15 minutes late, despite calling and confirming the time 48hrs beforehand. Pricing in the app is also inaccurate: the £25 quoted here is apparently "from £25", so they insisted on charging me another tenner despite me pre paying through the app. The lady I dealt with sensed I was annoyed at this extra charge so said she would get the manager to call back later that day, which never happened...

The place is really good and the lady who did my mani and pedi is very lovely and accommodating. She said she only works there every Monday. Definitely coming back!
