I was confused when they asked me for extra money for a blow-dry. Forty-five pounds for a blow dry is a bit overpriced; however, they requested that I add 15/20 pounds because my hair has volume…. I refuse to pay as 45 pounds was enough for a blow dry. I was told to cancel my reservation, and in the end, they decided to carry on with the pre-payment I made. For future feedback offer a coffee or soft drink as the price was quite high.
