My back has been in pain for a while so I booked the deep tissue massage and also reflexogloy. The deep tissue massage was really thorough, i opted for it to be deep for optimal results, it was uncomfortable at times and I was always asked if he should ease up which was lovely. The reflexogloy message was more relaxing, I felt like I was walking on air afterwards! I was sore on my back for about 2 days but now my back pain is gone! I will defintely go back.
