The people are nice enough but I'm not convinced that I received a lymphatic massage.
I've learned that no oil should be used and other techniques that should have happened didn't take place. I was covered in oil! The pressure was too light to be affective, there was no stretching or traction on the skin just a massage which was nice enough but not affective for what I needed.
The massage 'table' is so hard, uncomfortable, esp when I was laying face down. A lot of noise inside/outside.

Pauline was great. The man who did my first massage could barely understand English so communication during the massage (which is very important for a successful massage) was impossible.
The room was also very cold and he had no clue what to do. I asked for an extra cover. He couldn’t understand. It was very frustrating and made the massage much less enjoyable.
