Always a great venue to have a massage. In fact, it's always my preferred choice in the whole of London. The ambience could be done better (ie - hushed tones, bed blanket, maybe some better massage music). But if you're just there for some massage, then you should be in for a great treat.
I've been here a few times and have usually been very happy with my experience. However, my last visit was disappointing. I went for a half hour deep tissue massage and asked for focus to be given to my upper back, as I have been having a lot of back pain recently. We initially focused on my lower body and just got started on my back when there was a knock on the door. I was asked whether I had paid for half an hour, because they thought I had an hour. When I said that I had only paid for half an hour, I was informed that they would have to finish in a couple of minutes. I appreciate that there was a genuine mistake on their part here, but I didn't get what I asked for and I wasn't even offered the option of the extra half an hour to focus on my upper back.
Lovely staff, albeit English was not great so took a while to explain I had booked via treatwell, also the room was not prepared so an awkward start.
Facial was fine but nothing was explained, I had no idea what products were being applied to my face or why. relaxing overall, but I don't think I would pay money for this treatment again.
Called a deep cleanse, definitely did not live up to its name. There was no extraction or exfoliation, and it was basically an oiled massage for the face. I actually think that my acne is all the worse for it. Would not go again.
