I am happy to give five stars for excellent massage, clean rooms and so lovely therapists at Siam body & soul massage shop. I think this shop is great for all people who are suffering from painful knots in their bodies. However, I have started questioning about their too relaxed way of time management. Three of my previous massage sessions including this time, I ended up waiting for more than 15 mins after my appointment time. The owner seems keen to accept walking-in customers that is good though she changed my appointments with very short notice (about 30mins-1h before my appointment time) or even without any notice (when I booked through phone). Every time she said “just 15mins delay”, this was not accurate, as the maximum delayed time I experienced was 30mins. I do hope their style of time management will be improved in the future, as "just 15mins delay" for them cannot be always regarded as the same for their customers. At least, it would be nicer if this shop provides a little additional care for customers who patiently wait and kindly re-arrange their schedule for the delayed massage sessions. Alternatively, perhaps we should book 30min earlier to be ready for the delay whenever we book peak-time appointments.

The massage was just what I needed. I told the masseuse of my problem areas and she made sure to work more on them. Even though I had to wait later than my appointment time, it was definitely worth it. I recommend Siam!!
Very good. Deep tissue massage.
I was concerned at first because the therapist was using much too light a pressure for a deep tissue massage. I waited a while to make sure she wasn't just warming up, then asked for firmer pressure. After I had asked twice for stronger massage, it was good. I also liked it that she focused mostly on the specific areas I asked for. So do speak up and say if it isn't right! Accessibility: Venue is on ground floor so good for those who have mobility difficulties with stairs. Rooms are nice and warm, but small, so manoeuvring a wheelchair would probably be difficult.
Staff were friendly but i ended up waiting for about 15mins until after my appointment time. The room was very small, but clean. The towel provided for cover up was quite small so didn't keep all of me covered and I could hear lots of noise from outside the room, which was a shame. The salon sits over the tube line but it didn't disturb me too much. The massage itself was fairly good, with some Thai twists and started with a hot towel press on my feet which was lovely. Overall nice experience, but not sure I'd go without a deal.
