The massage was OK, but it was ruined by the following: little regard for customer modesty. What's the point of having towels to cover the body if you're going to expose everything.
Overall, it was an uncomfortable experience, sadly.

I was surprised / disappointed that upon arrival they had no record of my booking. Luckily they had space.
They asked me no questions at all - nothing in terms of preferences or medical issues. Straight to it - quite disappointing and I feel I didn't get much value out of the experience - I wish they'd asked me what I wanted!
