The therapist did a great job on my shabby looking nails! The treatment was quick and my nails looked fabulous and lasted for 2-3 weeks before growing out. The salon itself is easy to find and clean and tidy. My only negative was that the staff spoke to each other in Thai, which I do not understand (!) and said very little to me (what she did say was in perfect English, so it was not a language barrier), i find that a little bit rude when you are having a treatment done. Otherwise great job and great value for money!
I did wonder whether it was because I was paying with a discount voucher that my treatment was so harsh... I understand there are chaps that normally request strong pressure. I'm not one of them. When it comes to aromatherapy massage, I expect total relaxation. The technique often applied is Swedish. I don't expect what I can only describe as "Super deep tissue". I was in pain for days afterwards (I kid you not). I also discovered that Lavender gives me night terrors! (so now avoid it). To top it off, I was told it would cost me £5 to shower before my therapy session. Ludicrous. Easily affordable, merely the cost of a pint, but one should not have to pay to shower! I have never done so anywhere else before. Overall, the staff were friendly enough and I'm sure other clients have had better experiences. I for one will never return. To be fair, they met my expectations in terms of total professionalism and the place is very clean and tranquil. My normal therapist, also a consumate professional, just happened to be out of town, so I took a chance. The rate I paid was excellent value for money. I'm sure my experience was an isolated incident, so I would heartily recommend anyone that has a predilection for deep tissue massage to take up the offer/visit the venue. If you go, I would advise telling your therapist in advance, if you dont want deep tissue. I've tried not to be over-critical, so my review is based purely on my experience and is not meant to offend.

The masseuse, Poppy, was very pleasant and friendly. She was very thorough and covered all body areas, but focused on my neck, back and shoulders, which needed the most attention. I felt it for a couple of days afterwards. Very good value for money.
I went to Siam Body & Soul in the end of May 2012 for Deep Tissue Massage. This salon was about 5 mins walk from Euston station and it was easily able to find from my first visit. The salon was small though, it was clean and cosy. Staffs I saw there at the time were all oriental ladies who were all polite and friendly. My therapist's deep tissue massage was more like Thai massage though, it was excellent. I have worked with a computer all the day so I have had a bit stiff neck and shoulder that required strong deep tissue massage though, that petite therapist lady was powerful enough that was amazing! (Or was she walking on my back pointing by her toes hanging from a rail like a sort of Chinese massage...?? Anyway, I am ok with that as long as it works great to me!) With Wahanda voucher, it was great value. (Although, the voucher stated as 35 mins of the massage, actual massage was for 30 mins and additional 5 mins was a changing time for us it seemed.) Over all, it's excellent and I would recommend.
I had bought the voucher/discounted offer on this website and visited the venue again. And was not disappointed - the massage was simply how it should be, efficient in easing muscle tension and tailored to my requests.
