I have been here twice and both times has been great! I got a deep tissue massage first and then the second time I got a combination one. If you get a lot of back pain (like i do) I would suggest getting the former as I left the second one a little bit dissatisfied, but only because my first experience was more intense and effective for my upper back. The staff are lovely and polite and you get an option of water or tea afterwards to hydrate which is a nice little treat.
