Lovely staff and worth the money. Massage was very traditional. I would have preferred if they asked me how strong I would like it because me and my partner were in pain throughout the massage and would have preferred it to be more relaxing than too strong. Other than that it was great

My partner and I had a couples massage and both had very different experiences. My partner found his was incredible but I came out feeling I still needed a massage and that my masseuse was quite lazy so maybe it depends who you get. My masseuse also kept leaving the room, I know it was to get the hot stones but the door would be left open and it made me feel I couldn’t relax. She also wouldn’t tell me where she was going so I’d just be lying there wondering what was going on. You can also hear noise outside but that’s not really anyone’s fault I guess just an FYI if you’re looking for complete silence it’s unlikely.
I think if it was cheaper I would have thought these points aren’t a big deal but I think for what we paid I would have liked it to be better.
The receptionist was lovely and accommodating.
