I am a regular customer to this Thai massage store and the service has been really good until today. Very very disappointing with today’s service. If really short on staff, you shouldn’t take my booking on the day. I waited over 30 mins to start my massage and the therapist been in and out few times for other customers. Not right and really impact the experience very negatively. The massage was even not as good as before as the focus was not there. Finished 40 mins late and it wasn’t even a proper finish as called it a stop, just the mood is not there anymore if anyone understands. I hope the manager can organise the staffing level a bit better, this is definitely not what I paid £65 for.
