Spa was spotless and really clean although I would rather have some sort of music on than hearing the ladies talk to each over ! It was a good value for money how ever since the massage my friend who came with me has had non stop head aches, I thought no afte rthe treatment had finished you should be giving a glass of water and something with sugar just get get the blood levels back

quite a painful massage, had to stop a couple if times, and the place was a bit grotty. would have been fine for half the price but expensive for what it was. There was laundry everywhere when I arrived and it looked like some of the staff live there? They turned the lights on and started changing the bed while I was getting dressed which I found strange.

The massage itself was 5 star quality, absolutely spot on, as good if not better than massages I've had in Thailand. Unfortunately i did not find the overall experience as relaxing as I'd hoped for. The two masseuse ladies spoke away to each other in Thai on & off throughout our massage. This did not bother my husband but I found it very off-putting. I think there's a time and a place for good old chin-wag and a laugh, maybe not when a couple have handed over £80 for a relaxing experience. It was a roasting hot day and we we weren't offered a drink of water. There was no apology when we had to go out to withdraw money as the card machine was not working. I loved the actual massage but the overall experience could have been a lot more relaxing. I was asked if they could keep the phone in the room, I could hardly say no, and it did ring. I don't think you should accept a booking for a couple's massage if you don't have a 3rd person to answer the phone, or you aren't willing to put an automated message on - you could always call any missed customers back after our treatment.
I may be a crank, my hubby had no complaints!

I understand that your staff have to start somewhere but the girl had very little knowledge of anatomy, pressure points etc - nice relaxing massage but I went to try and relieve a very tight lower back -this did nothing except relax me - disappointing
