I booked a "de-stressing therapeutic back massage" and actually received a full body Thai massage. The massage itself was good but not what I had booked. Staff member walked in whilst I was getting changed. prices aren't discounted the same price is advertised in the spa. No pre-massage questionnaire or discussion around what I wanted from the massage, it was very hard on my muscles which were very sore already. I would visit again as it was good value for money but I'd establish what I was comfortable with before the appointment.
