I wasn’t aware when booking that Leanna doesn’t remove biab from other salons so I appreciate her doing it as a goodwill gesture and not charging me but unfortunately my cuticles were severely filed/damaged and I’ve had to actually put a plaster on one of my fingers as the skin has been left so filed down. The rest of the mani is okay, some nails the paint isn’t fully to the edges but it’s not too noticeable and I’m happy with it overall but won’t return due to the damage on my hands.

Leanna was lovely however it took over an hour to remove my previous manicure and an hour and a half to get my nails done. Really poor choice of SNS colours and my end result was extremely messy.
