Sian was absolutely lovely and incredibly accommodating, going out of her way to make my treatment enjoyable. I had originally booked an appointment for upper lip threading at 4pm. Fortunately I was able to leave work earlier than expected and I decided to reschedule for 3:40pm.
I then made my way to the salon around 2:45/2:50pm to see if I could see Sian earlier than the 3:40pm slot as I had quite some time to kill.
That’s when it all went tits up (on my part not Sian’s!). My phone died as I was looking for the salon; left my charger at work so had to go back and pick it up; missed my allocated slot and had no way of calling Sian to inform her of this.
It was only when I spent 10 further minutes charging my phone could I call her and apologise for what happened.
Sian very kindly allowed me to see her later than my scheduled time. Sian was incredibly thorough and followed all health and safety protocol, sanitising her work area before she got to work on my lip. She also kindly threaded a few stray hairs on my brow area.
Overall, 10/10 experience and would definitely recommend!
