Not having had a deep tissue massage before, I was unsure as to whether I had booked the right one for me, but Joe took the time to talk me through it and said he could adjust it to suit my pain threshold, but added ‘No pain, No gain’ which I agreed with, so went for it and yes, it hurt a bit, but Joe did an excellent job! Have booked a second appointment.

Great great massage, he knew exactly where to apply pressure and was very knowledgeable. Right amount of pressure and was consistently checking with me if it was enough. Sorted every ache I had and I walked away a completely different person. Such a great therapist.
