This was my first deep tissue massage so I didn’t know what to expect. Joe talked me through each step as the massage progressed and explained everything in detail. He was professional and friendly. I was told to expect to be a little sore for a while, which was the case, but I could really feel the difference and will be going back again for a couple of ‘follow ups’.
