Waxer double dipped the wooden spatula used to apply the wax on my body into the main wax pot- hygiene concerns. The room was very cold and wax very hot making my body go in some sort of shock whenever she would place the wax on my legs, bit unpleasant. When I had spoken to the lady about it she gave me a bit of a look and turned on the fan? actual salon had a gloomy feel to it.
