Although I’ve grown to like the final colour, it’s not what I asked for in either colour or technique.Booked a balayage because I didn’t want my whole head coloured only partial coverage with a soft blend and no harsh regrowth line. I also asked for a coppery, soft auburn tone. Instead, I received a full-head colour from the roots in a much darker chestnut shade. Despite explaining what I wanted multiple times, i didn’t receive a balayage and ultimately paid for a service i didn’t receive.
