Very quick and efficient, highly recommend for a wax

Sadly the first time I came here I had a lovely haircut but the 2nd time felt rushed. There were some clients waiting for a hair treatment after me and I could sense the rush to get me out of there. As my hair is thick and curly, it needs time to cut and blow-dry it yet I walked out 20 minutes later with a "rough dry" feeling like I'd been scammed. Was offered to come in again so they'd sort it out, but went elsewhere as it looked so bad. Refund request ignored.
