I prepaid for a semi-permanent colour and provided clear reference photos. The result was patchy and didn’t resemble what I asked for. The stylist then blamed my hair, despite raising no concerns prior. The colour washed out almost completely after one wash. I was promised a full refund, then offered a partial one without my agreement. Messages were read and ignored. Very unprofessional.
