I had a shellac removal! Aid was great in terms of professionalism and welcome, it took a long time to do the removal, which I didn’t mind as I believe she might still be learning. Overall I still had a great experience.

Very unhappy with my wash, cut and blow dry. Hot water wasn’t working, the simple hair trim took ages and the blow dry wasn’t straight. I ended up using straighteners myself and was 15 mins late even though I’d told them when I needed to leave.
