my haircut by Kim was good, followed my requests. the other beautician (I had a facial) was very polite and professional. it is just a shame the salon was a little tired, really poor decoration half finished walls, paint and wallpaper hanging off.

So I will start out by saying that my hair cut wound up being fine. It's basically what I wanted and I'm not upset. However, the experience was really strange and a bit unprofessional. I showed up at my scheduled appointment time after it had been rescheduled the night beforehand when I checked my email, they had rescheduled it again five minutes before the appointment. The woman that was there cut my hair, but the salon was relatively dirty, and it just felt like an unprofessional experience.
