Place didn’t feel hygienic - a lot of nail clippings and shavings already present at the manicure booth which were not cleaned. Tools were also not properly sanitised (only wiped with a tissue). Adi had a lovely demeanour and was friendly but she did end up cutting me while trimming my cuticles and tried to say that it was due to the way that my cuticles were - I have had many manicures in my life and this is my first time getting cut. Finish of the manicure was also not great. Poor experience.
